It’s an experience sampling tool very similar to what I ended up with during my graduation, but without taking differentiated emotions as a starting point. Might be interesting for you.</description>

Point: I will start working on a service design project here in Brazil, I will be using part of the knowledge you developed here. I am not sure if they will like to buy the tool (tha emotional design talk it difficult to sell). Nonetheless I will used some of your approach to evaluate and review a service of a huge company in Brazil :-)
