Well, the concept and design is pretty much done, but we need to dive now into the technical development, so it's going to take a little while longer to get it 'out there'.

In any case, I'll keep you posted about it's development.

Interesting work from the SusaGroup. For our work I thought the stickers would be the best approach – low tech and easy – but then I just saw the iPhone app that you're developing, which would be a great research tool. How close are you to having that ready to be used by others?

Hi Andy,

First of all, thanks for sharing!

Quite an interesting approach you have going on there. I am primarily a designer and just happened to work on this field by chance during my graduation project, but in doing so I got to dive into this "service world" and got acquainted with many different methods, so from my humble perspective and from what I've seen during my process, your method looks very promising.

If you are interested in the field of identifying and measuring emotions, I recommend you take a look at the work done by the SusaGroup (http://www.susagroup.com) - the company for which I did my graduation project - which I'm sure could be a very interesting for the "emotions" part of your approach.

David – I'll have to download the FLV I think, but I thought you might be interested in this project we're working on in Luzern: http://www.slideshare.net/apolaine/blueprint-developing-a-tool-for-service-design

Hi Yosaif,
It could be the fact that the video is quite a big file. I tried my best to compress it while not compromising too much the quality so that it was easy to follow the visuals of the presentation, but it is still quite a big file (527 mb).
What you can do is download it directly from here:
http://bluehaired.guiza.net/corner/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/Developing_a_tool_to_assess_emotions_elicited_by_services.flv

and you can play it with VLC
